How to Leave a Bequest

Including Transfolk WA in your Will is simple. Here’s an example of wording you can use:

“I give [insert percentage of estate, specific amount, or description of asset (free of all duties and encumbrances)] to TransFolk of WA Incorporated (ABN: 25 897 942 199) of 2 Delhi Street, West Perth, Western Australia, to be used for its general purposes. I declare that the receipt of an authorised officer of TransFolk of WA Incorporated shall be a sufficient discharge to my executor.”
